The beginning
A single ring that changed everything
Ceriena began in a small studio in Montreal, where our founder spent years studying the craft of goldsmithing — not to make jewelry, but to understand it. To feel the weight of a stone, the warmth of gold, the way light moves through a facet.
The first piece she made was a ring for her mother — a simple solitaire, set by hand, given without ceremony. Her mother wore it every day until the day she passed. That ring is still in the family.

Founder, Designer & GIA Diamond Graduate
Ceriena grew out of a deep, personal passion for natural diamonds — their rarity, their character, and the stories they carry. Erin holds a GIA Diamond Grading certificate and is actively expanding her education toward her Graduate Gemologist designation, building a foundation of expertise that shapes every piece in the collection.
With a strong background in marketing and digital media design, Erin brings a rare combination of technical gemological knowledge and a refined visual sensibility to her work. She designs every piece in the Ceriena collection herself — from the initial sketch to the final stone selection — ensuring that each design is as considered as it is beautiful.
